Information and prices for 2017 are now available – if you are interested in applying for trade stand space, please read the following information:
If you exhibited at the 2016 Show, you have priority for re-booking at the 2017 Show.
Application packs have now been sent and you have until 6th January to inform us if you are attending the show or not. A number of changes are taking place on the showground this year, particularly through the retail area and it is likely your stand position will change – please ensure you let us have any requests for stand size or location and these will be considered as stands are placed throughout January.
The Royal Norfolk Show is a prestigious event and we pride ourselves on the quality of our stands; we are therefore very selective when taking on new exhibitors.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the Royal Norfolk Show, you can download an information from the ‘Request Exhibitors Pack’ tab on the left, or please contact the office and we will post a copy to you.
You will be placed on our waiting list once we have received your application form and supporting information from your pack. Your application must include:
- Details of your business
- The size of stand you require
- A full description of exactly what you intend to display or sell at the Show
- *Important: pictures of your stand or the products you will be displaying, or provide website details
We need this information so we can assess both your suitability for the Show as well as locating you in the most appropriate site. Applications will not be accepted unless these steps are followed.
We will start to place exhibitors on the waiting list from mid-February onwards.
Please note that we have many more applications each year than space available, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee space to everybody.
