The Royal Norfolk Show is very easy to get to – we are just off the A47 Norwich Southern Bypass at the A1074 on Longwater Interchange junction. The route will be well signposted on all major roads in the area.
The gates to the Royal Norfolk Show open at 8am each day.
On the Wednesday evening there will be entertainment outside the member’s enclosure which will go on until approximately 10pm. On Thursday the show closes at 6pm.
Set off early to beat traffic , buy entry and parking tickets before you go- to get the most out of your Show
We are getting ready to welcome 85,000 visitors to the Show and many will be travelling by car.
Follow the signs and set off early and we will keep you up-to-date on social media and through BBC Radio Norfolk about any traffic delays.
Purchasing parking tickets online before the show starts on Wednesday will help to prevent queues forming. And it’s cheaper too! £6 advanced ticket and £10 on the gate. Drivers can scan their pass to gain access. Peak times are expected to be from 9am to 11am, so best to avoid.

Travelling by bus
You can travel to the Royal Norfolk Show by bus using one of the services provided by First Eastern Counties or Konectbus. Some service details may be found below but for futher information please contact the service providers.
First Eastern Counties Buses – shuttle 100
Norwich Rail Station – city centre – Showground direct
First Eastern Counties will be operating their shuttle 100 bus service for the whole of the two days of the show.
This links the showground with Norwich city centre (calling at Castle Meadow & St Stephens Street) and Rail Station and operates up to every 15 minutes. For full details of the bus service to the Showground with First Eastern Counties Buses please view their timetable or visit the website here.

Available in advance from the First Norwich Travel Centre on Castle Meadow or on the day at the bus stops at Norwich Rail Station, Castle Meadow and St Stephens Street.
Combined ticket prices– this includes your bus travel (from anywhere in Norwich Zones 1-5 and/or shuttle 100) and admission to the Royal Norfolk Show.
Family (2 adults, 3 children) £50
All valid FirstDay, FirstWeek, FirstMonth and FirstAnnual passes are accepted on shuttle 100.
Service 4 will operate every 30 mins from Norwich Bus Station (stand A) and St Stephens Street (stand BR) to the Royal Norfolk Show via Earlham Road.
