Use the online entry system available on this website. It is very quick and easy to use and will help us ensure that all your details are correct for the Show Catalogue. If you have exhibited under your name before, it should remember your details from a previous year.

BREED SOCIETIES – REGISTRATION
Many of the classes/sections in the Prize Schedule require exhibitors to be registered with the relevant breed society/herd book/flock book/BPA. The conditions at the top of each section in the Livestock Prize Schedule should explain any registration requirements. If you are unsure as to whether you need to be registered with a society or which society you need to be a registered with, please contact the Show Office or the Breed Society.
Exhibitors should ensure that they have included on their entry forms, a Flock Number and, if applicable, a Herd Prefix for the purposes of the catalogue. As individual animal details are not requested, this better identifies the individual exhibitors.
Exhibitors should ensure that they have included on their entry forms, the correct and necessary information requested, including registration numbers of the exhibit and its sire and dam. Any incorrect or absent information makes entry matters extremely complicated and may risk entries being refused.
Exhibitors are requested to ensure forms are completed correctly, and should include the ear number of each animal. Commercial Pigs, which must go to slaughter upon leaving the site, can be sent through the RNAA slaughter scheme. Please state the necessary information including slap mark if this is the exhibitor’s choice.
Please note that cattle exhibitors are only asked to enter classes and book equipment standings on the Cattle Entry Form 1. Further details and animal specifics such as ear tag numbers, DOB, breeding info etc. should be entered on the separate Cattle Entry Form 2 for which the closing date is Monday4 June 2018.
Please be aware all entries are subject to space, accommodation and availability and will be processed on a date received basis.
