The organisers of the 2017 Norfolk Show Ball are promising no smoke or mirrors, just masks, a sparkling diamond and a path through the delights of all that is great about Norfolk, when the annual event returns in June.
The masquerade ball, held on Friday 23 June at the Norfolk Showground, will be putting Norfolk at the heart of the event.
Celebrating all that is good about Norfolk, the menu will showcase the county’s finest produce, and guests will be treated to an enchanting secret garden inside the marquee.
The ball will be fundraising for the charity, Break, and the organisers want the fundraising not to take away from the ‘fun’ on the night with fewer fundraising items, allowing guests to enjoy more of their dinner, drinks and dancing.
“We are delighted to be supporting this event and we promise a night celebration of both our fine county of Norfolk and the work that this great charity does, to deliver what is regarded as the highlight of Norfolk’s social calendar,” said Sarah Softley of Softley Events, who is organising the Ball with Break. “We want the ball to be fun and memorable, whilst supporting Break, this year’s nominated charity.”
Sarah Bunn of Break enthused: “The masquerade theme allows both men and women to dress up to the nines wearing masks of all shapes and sizes. It will be a colourful, entertaining night – and we have a few surprises up our sleeves, too!”
Norfolk jewellers, Dipples, have kindly sponsored a diamond for a ‘Dazziling Heads and Tails’, all tables will be guaranteed a raffle prize winner, and the charity auction will be online with bidding tablets on the tables. The raffle is being sponsored by Anglia Farmers with Almary Green as Silver Sponsors.
Tickets cost £75 per person and tables of 8, 10 and 12 are available. Click here to book
