Arrive in plenty of time and grab yourself some breakfast – whether it’s an espresso, cappuccino, a cheeky bacon roll or a full English from the Debut Restaurant there’s no better time to fuel up before everything gets started!

10am

Food glorious food

Make your way over to the Grow it, Cook it and Eat it stage and watch some of the region’s and country’s leading food experts show you some delicious ideas – including those from  celeb-farmer Jimmy Doherty and Bake Off contestant Kate Barmby.

11am

Shop till you drop!

Check out some of the latest trends and designs to hit the high street this summer at the Jarrold Fashion Show happening every hour, on the hour. Take a trip down the new shopping avenue and pick yourself something up from one of the many retail outlets including Aga, Bosch, Citroen, Crew Clothing, Crown Pavilions, Joules, Kent Blaxhill, Kiehls, Van Dal, Volvo and hundreds of Norfolk retailers.

And don’t forget there’s also the opportunity take part in the Best Dressed and Headline Hat competition at the show. Style spotters from Intu Chaplefield will be at the show both days awarding those dressed to wow with shopping vouchers and styling sessions.

12-2pm

Drinks and lunch!

You’ll be spoilt for choice on the eating front with a host of eateries available from pop-up vendors to exploring Norfolk’s largest food hall packed with over 70 different local producers.

Pimms, beer, wine, smoothies, pop and more is available throughout the day across the showground!

2pm-4pm
Exploring the showground

With a couple of hours to yourself, why not head to Norfolk Spa and Leisure on Avenue 3 for some pampering.

If the gents aren’t keen to stick around head to the Norwich City stand on Avenue 16 where  The Club will be retailing a range of sale lines, as well as promoting the latest ticketing and catering offers at the club. The Community Sports Foundation will also be present and will be hosting a Speedkick challenge.

This time in the afternoon is a perfect time to head to RG Carter  and take in some spectacular views over the showground.

4 till late

As the show moves into the late afternoon in to the evening there’s a host of things to savour.  From watching the performances in the Grand Ring to having a drink listening to the even bigger music line-up that is happening throughout the showground.  It’s also a great time to meet up with friends and family and chat about your day.

On the Wednesday, the show is open until 10pm when there’s a variety of entertainment on including Norwich-based band Stone Soda.
