CLOSING DATES FOR ENTRIES 2020

EQUINE: Friday 17th April 2020
SHOWJUMPING: Friday 29th May 2020

It would be much appreciated if you are able to make your entries as soon as possible rather than leaving it until the closing dates. This allows for the data entry process to be staggered and is a great help in the office. Thank you for your co-operation.

HOW TO ENTER

Entries can be made using the following methods:

ONLINE (This is the preferred entry method).  It’s more efficient and it will save postage costs! Another benefit of making your entries online is that you will automatically receive an email receipt for your entries so you know they have reached the Show Office. The email receipt gives details of the entries made – this is your record of which horses have been entered in which classes. Surprising how many phone calls I get asking for this information ! No need to worry about  letters getting lost in the post. And you will also receive an acknowledgement for your money paid.

By using the online entry system available on this website. It is very quick and easy to use.  It will save you time and the cost of a stamp and if you have exhibited (under your name) before, it should remember your details from a previous year, so less to type in!

NOTES: To consider when making your entries.

Breed Societies – Membership
Many breed societies require that you are a member of their Society in order to enter their breed classes/competitions at this Show.  The conditions at the top of each section in the Equine Prize Schedule should explain any membership requirements.  If you are unsure as to whether you need to be a member of a particular Society OR which Society you need to be a member of, then, please contact the RNAA Show Office or the relevant Breed Society.

Some breed societies will accept membership on a day ticket basis. However, should you qualify for a final/championship, they will normally insist on full membership before the final/championship takes place.

Membership & Registration Numbers
It is essential that the various breed society information/registration numbers are stated on your entry form for exhibitor, owner, rider and horse (where requested). Details of each entry have to be approved and validated by the individual societies prior to the Show and before ticket packs are sent to exhibitors. Breed Societies will reject entries if the requested information is not correctly entered or omitted.

Horse of the Year Show (HOYS)
Competitors entering Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) qualifier classes are required to complete a HOYS Qualifier Official Entry Form (available from the Grandstand Media Office or  downloadable from this website) AS WELL AS the RNAA individual Class Entry Form.

Availability:  All entries are subject to availability within each class. Entries are processed on a date received/paid for basis. Some classes have a maximum number of entries allowed (Showjumping and Rescue Horse Classes).
