Norfolk-based horticultural producers will be able to exhibit at this year’s Royal Norfolk Show at a discounted rate thanks to a new collaboration between the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) and Clydesdale Bank.
The initiative will mean local businesses can apply for funding and if successful will receive financial support from the bank to secure their space in the brand new Horticultural Show.
Welcoming over 80,000 visitors the Royal Norfolk Show offers businesses invaluable marketing opportunities to promote their products to a large audience.
The Horticulture Show will this year see an exciting change with the appointment of garden consultant and writer Ellen Mary as Horticultural Co-ordinator it will be transformed into a unique, interactive, community hub for both experts and budding gardeners. Whilst the area has always been a great place for floral inspiration, the new space will be bigger, interactive and cover a wider variety of horticultural styles to suit the ever-growing industry. The Royal Horticultural Society is also actively engaged in this innovative work.
Stand prices start at £205 +VAT but if selected for funding, the stand price discounted by £100 which Clydesdale Bank will kindly fund.
Businesses that would like to apply for funded spaces can do so online no later than Friday 6 April.
Those applying are encouraged to provide as much supporting information as possible to help the decision-making process – this includes marketing materials, product information sheets, pricing, website information.
Applications will be reviewed by a panel including the RNAA, Clydesdale Bank and independent horticulture experts.
