Trade Stands

The main trade stand area of the Show is offered as outside space on grass. Plots are priced into bands depending on your type of business.

Stand Space:

– The minimum stand size available is 6 x 6m

– Additional frontage is flexible, with fixed options on depths between 6 – 21m

– You will need to provide your own marquee/sales unit, screening, tabling etc

–  Certain premium areas may also be available at an additional surcharge

Cost: The price for your stand will vary as this is dependent on its size and your business classification. Please refer to the information brochure for a price list (see tab on left ‘Request Exhibitor’s Pack):-
• Band 1 – Agricultural Machinery – all stands have a depth of 18m
• Band 2 – Agricultural Allied – for businesses related to the agricultural industry
• Band 3 – Motor Vehicles & Marine
• Band 4 – All other general exhibitors, including retail, charity etc

The RNAA is delighted to announce a continued collaboration with HSBC, which introduces a new funding initiative to help small Norfolk-based food producers to exhibit at the Royal Norfolk Show.

The Royal Norfolk Show welcomes over 80,000 people from across the county and wider region each year, which gives businesses an invaluable marketing opportunity to promote their products to a large audience. The RNAA has worked to promote local produce in its hugely popular Food Hall for several years and this year we have taken an additional step by introducing a heavily discounted rate of £150 +VAT specifically for small Norfolk food businesses.

This new initiative with HSBC allows us to promote businesses who have only recently been established and would welcome the marketing opportunity, or for varying reasons would like, but feel unable to attend the Royal Norfolk Show (whether this be financial, staff difficulties or otherwise). We invite you to apply for space and if selected for funding, will only need to pay £50 +VAT to the RNAA – HSBC will kindly fund the remainder of your fee to us directly. There is no obligation to HSBC; their agriculture team is keen to help promote food and farming in the area and they are excited to be involved in a wider community project to help businesses benefit from the opportunities the Show can give to drive public awareness of the production around us. They will also have a small team of volunteers available at the Show to help with a new Food Shopping Crèche and will also be pleased to help cover comfort breaks!

If you would like to apply for space with funding, could you please complete this application form and return to us no later than Friday 22nd December 2017. A small panel including the RNAA, HSBC and independent food experts from Norfolk will assess the applications for a decision to be made no later than the end of January 2018.

Please let us have as much supporting information as possible to help the decision-making process – this includes marketing materials, product information sheets, pricing, website information etc.

If you are not selected for funding on this occasion, but space still allows, you may still exhibit by paying the £150 rate.
